DIRECTIONS

  Directions by car from Dublin Airport via East Link Toll Bridge

Leave the airport in the direction of the city centre. After you pass the Regency Airport Hotel on the left side, turn left at the traffic lights. This road is called Griffith Avenue. Drive the full length of Griffith Avenue and as you reach the end get into the right lane and turn right at the traffic lights. Continue on until you see a small park ahead and again turn right at the traffic lights. Keep the park on your left just after it ends take the next left turning at traffic lights. Continue straight and follow any signs for East Link Toll Bridge, N11 or Dun Laoghaire and you will come to the East Link Toll Bridge what costs you €1.70 to cross check http://www.nra.ie/GeneralTollingInformation/KnowTheToll/. After the toll bridge you will come to a roundabout, take the third exit- south- and the end of this road turn left. You should now follow signs for Dun Laoghaire or Stena Line.

  Directions by car from Dublin Airport via Tunnel

Leave the airport in the direction of the city centre. Follow the signs to Dublin Tunnel. Be prepared to pay after leaving coming out from the tunnel near Dublin Port. Check the fare (http://www.dublinporttunnel.ie/tolls_and_permitted_vehicles/). . After the tunnel follow the instructions given from Dublin Port.

 Directions by car from Dun Laoghaire

When driving from Dun Laoghaire, keep to the coast, so the sea will be on your left. Pass the pier and Yacht Club and continue until a T-junction. Turn right there and from next traffic lights to the left. Continue straight passing Dalkey sign on your right and Our Lady's Manor on the left side. We are 150 metres from there on the left.

 Directions by car from Dublin Port

You may come into Dublin Port just before the East Link Toll Bridge. If so cross (costs €1.70) (check the fare http://www.nra.ie/GeneralTollingInformation/KnowTheToll/ the bridge and follow directions to Dun Laoghaire. If you are on the fast ferry you may arrive at the roundabout just after the toll bridge so take the first exit off this roundabout-south- and follow directions to Dun Laoghaire.

 Directions on Foot

From the Dublin Airport, you can take The Patton Flyer that goes from Dublin Airport direct to Dalkey. On the hour every hour. This is the best / quickest / cheapest / most direct route.

From the airport you can also take the Aircoach + Dart or Airlink + Dart combination or Airlink + Bus no 8
( Bus no 46N )  combinations.

 Airlink + Dart combination.

Airlink is a bus-routes 747 or 748- connection between Dublin Airport & Dublin City centre with the final stop in Busaras (central bus station) from where there is a short walk to the Dart station - either Connolly or Tara Street - where you can take southbound Dart (Dublin Area Rapid Transport) to Dalkey. After approximately 25 minutes train journey you will arrive to Dalkey station. Leaving Dalkey Dart station you will walk down the hill to the Dalkey main street - Castle Street. Continue until you see a public house called Ivory on your left hand side, now turn right, and you are on Ulverton Road where we are approximately 200 metres from there on the right hand side of the road.

  Aircoach + ( Bus no 46N )  ( Nightlink ) ( from College Street in Dublin (beside Trinity College) to Ulverton Road in Dalkey ) combination.

Taking Aircoach from the airport, stay on board until you reach Parnell Square, where you can pick up the No 8 bus (not a good service). Aircoach also stops beside Trinity College where there is short walk to Nitelink bus stop No. 46N (night bus). Both buses stop on Ulverton Road one stop after Our Ladies Manor. We are only 30 m from the bus stop.

 Directions by car from N11

After you pass the back of Cournelscourt Shopping Centre (Dunnes Stores) on the right hand side, drive approximately 200 metre to the next left exit- Johnstown Road. Continue through two sets of traffic lights and when you come to a T-junction turn right. You are now on Rochestown Avenue and shortly you will come to a roundabout take the second exit. This is Avondale Road continue straight until next roundabout where you should take the third exit. You are now on the Barnhill Road. Continue straight until end of the road and you have only option to turn to the left and after that should make quick turn to right and left again. Now you are on the Ulverton Road. We are 200 meters from there on the right.
