 ACCOMMODATION

 We have a variety of rooms available from Single rooms to Family En-suites.
     The decor is bright and cheerful with the carpet flooring throughout.

  The bedrooms are fully equipped  with Colour TV, Hairdryers
      and Tea-Coffee making Facilities.

  Ironing board, Fridge and WIFI are also available for guests use.

  A double bedroom is a bedroom with one bed for two visitors.

  A twin bedroom is a bedroom with two separate (single) beds.

  A triple bedroom generally offers 3 single beds. If you require a triple
     bedroom with a double and a single please mention this when you book.

  A family room is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

  Is it important you have your own bathroom or shower? “En suite”
     means the bath or shower room is within the area of your bedroom.
    “Private facilities” mean you will have your own bath or shower room,
     outside the bedroom, for your exclusive use.   

  All bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries’.                             

We do have 2 bedroom self-catering townhouse with two bathrooms and with all modern conditions- dishwasher, washer/dryer, big plasma TV, SAT , available for time to time. Internet connection is available for additional fee.

Please ask for weekly or monthly rates.

Booking Conditions:
A credit card or laser card is required when booking an accommodation.
To secure your booking we kindly ask your name, your contact phone number and your credit card details.
You can either send all the information by email or you can telephone if you prefer.
Your information is always kept confidential.
Your credit card will NOT be debited before your stay.

Our Cancellation policy:
At Sunbrae House, we understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed or cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate our Guests we would ask at least 48 hours notice in these instances.

3 days notice is required to cancel the booking (without any charge).

Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice will be charged 30% of the first night price.

Bookings cancelled less than 12 hrs will be charged full price for the first night.

If you fail to show up (without prior notice), a 100% cancellation charge applies for the first night. The charge will be made automatically without notification.

The cancellation MUST BE confirmed by us in writing to take effect.

Arrival & Departure Times:
Please let us know your approximate time of arrival. Would it change, please let us know by calling us. If you are arriving early ( before 1pm ) your room might not be ready, when other visitors are leaving that day. You will be able to have a cup of tea or coffee, leave your luggage, get the keys and come back later. If you are arriving in the evening we kindly ask you to arrive by 9.00 pm at the latest on the first night of your stay. If you are arriving any later than this, please tell us at the time of booking to arrange your stay for that night. We will appreciate it if you can vacate your bedroom by 11.00 am on the day of departure. If you would like to leave your luggage to collect it later, please tell in advance so we can arrange it.
